4. After the Miranda bombing, Pres. Marcos caused the arrest of Senator Salonga, for which he was then incarcerated in jail. While in jail, the wife of the senator filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus before the Court. While the petition is pending determination by the Court, Pres. Marcos released Salonga from detention. A prayer was then asked that the case be dismissed as it has become moot and academic. If you were the Judge will you dismiss the case or will you decide it just the same? Explain.
